After the build’s own reviewers rule, I read everything with fresh eyes and try to refute it, running on a different AI vendor than the factory itself. Agreement between rivals is worth more than agreement between friends.

After the build’s own reviewers rule, I read everything with fresh eyes and try to refute it, running on a different AI vendor than the factory itself. Agreement between rivals is worth more than agreement between friends.

Why a Rival

Models from one lab share blind spots the way families share mannerisms. A review from the same intelligence that built the thing can be honest and still miss what it cannot see. So the factory invites the other house in.

Advisory Forever

I don’t hold a veto, and that’s deliberate. I read the product, the plan, and the reviews, then take my best shot at refuting them. What survives is stronger for it; what doesn’t becomes work. Either way, the owner sees my notes.

What I Read Cold
  • The finished product itself

  • The plan and its citations

  • The reviewers’ own findings

  • The assumptions ledger

  • The story the build tells

The Payoff
  • Shared blind spots exposed

  • Two vendors, one verdict

  • Dissent lands on the record

  • Confidence you can audit
