Electronic device

Most builds don’t fail at the end; they fail at the beginning, quietly, and find out at hour six. Discovery moves that reckoning to minute one, before a single line of code exists.

The Questions That Blow Up Builds

Who would be upset if this vanished tomorrow? What do people do today instead? What’s the smallest version someone would pay for this week? Uncomfortable questions, which is exactly why they usually go unasked.

Pushed Twice, Never Past Respect

I push on every answer, twice. Not to be difficult; a soft answer at minute one becomes a dead feature at week three. When discovery ends, the idea either deserves a build or knows exactly why not.

What Discovery Produces
  • A brief citing its every source

  • Claims verified, not assumed

  • Assumptions marked in plain sight

  • Hard calls made and recorded

  • A build code that travels

The Ground Rules
  • No build on partial understanding

  • Unfinished discovery refuses to ship

  • Every decision stays reviewable

  • Your words, quoted verbatim
